Your right and duty is stipulated on these terms, when you use this service
You agree to all terms if you click “AGREE”.
Article 1	 Membership

1. “Member” means an individual who applies to become a member upon accepting the terms of use according to our procedures.
2. “Member information” includes information relating to the attributes of the member disclosed by the member to the Company and information regarding the transaction of the member, such as history.
3. The Terms of Use is applicable to all members and should be abided by during the registration process and after registration.


Article 2	Registration

1. Membership requirements
Customers who have completed our membership application upon accepting these Terms of Use are eligible for membership after the registration procedure has been completed. Membership registration must be completed by the applicant, and no substitute registration is acceptable. Membership applications from individuals who have been banned from our services in the past or other individuals whom the Company perceives as unsuitable for membership may be rejected.

2. Filling out your member information
When entering your registration information, please read the precautions for providing your information and accurately enter the required information in the specified application form. You cannot use special symbols, non-common kanji characters, and Roman numerals when registering member information. If any of these characters are used, they will be altered by the Company.

3. Password management
(1) Passwords can only be used by the member himself/herself and cannot be given or lent to any third party.
(2) It is the responsibility of the member to manage the passwords, including periodically changing the password to prevent discovery by others.
(3) Any display of intent made to the Company using the password is deemed to be the member’s display of intent. Thus any payment and other consequences arising from such display of intent is the responsibility of the member.


Article 3	Change

1. Should there be a change in the information, such as name and address submitted to the Company by the member, the member should promptly notify the Company of such a change and the new information.
2. The Company is not liable for any damage incurred by the member by reason of not changing the registered information. Please note that all transactions made prior to the change of registered information are processed based on the information provided prior to the change.


Article 4	Cancellation of membership

In the event that the member desires to cancel their membership, the member himself/herself should complete the cancellation procedure. Cancellation of the membership is complete upon completing the specified cancellation procedure.

Article 5	Termination of membership and indemnification

1. When a member submits false information upon applying for a membership, fails to pay for a mail-order purchase, or has shown any other reason for the Company to believe the member to be unsuitable for continued membership, the Company may revoke the membership from such a member.

2. If a member commits any of the following acts, the member assumes the liability to indemnify the damages incurred by the Company:
(1) misuse of the member ID and/or password;
(2) obstruction of the Company’s business by accessing and defacing the Company’s website, by sending harmful computer programs to the Company’s website, and through other activities destructive to the Company’s business;
(3) infringement on the intellectual property rights of the goods handled by the Company; or
(4) activities in breach of the Terms of Use.


Article 6	Handling of member information

1. The Company, in principle, does not disclose member information to any third party without the prior consent of the member. However, if any of the following events occur, the Company may disclose member information and other customer information without the prior consent of the member:
(1) when the Company is demanded by law and/or regulation to disclose information; or
(2) when the Company decides that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, interests, and/or reputation of the Company.

2. Member information is managed by the Company in accordance with the Company’s “Actions to Protect Personal Information.” The Company reserves the right to use member information for the purpose of providing services to its members, improving its services, promoting service use, and ensuring sound and smooth service management.

3. The Company may provide information to members using e-mail newsletters and other means (including advertisement). If a member no longer wishes to receive such information, the Company will stop sending them upon a request made in accordance with the specified method. However, information provision required for the Company’s service management cannot be stopped at the request of the member.


Article 7	Prohibited matters

The following activities are prohibited for members when using our service:
1. breach of laws and/or regulations, the terms of use for our service and shopping with our service, and other terms and conditions;
2. harming the right, interest, or reputation of the Company and/or any third party;
3. acts that have the potential to adversely physically and/or emotionally effect youth, or other acts that offend public order and morality;
4. acts of nuisance or offensive acts against other users and/or any other third parties;
5. entry of false information;
6. transmission or writing harmful computer programs or e-mails and such;
7. unauthorized access to the Company’s server(s) and other computers;
8. transfer, lending, or sharing of passwords to/with a third party; or
9. other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.


Article 8	Suspension/Termination of service

1. In order to maintain our service operation in good condition, the Company may stop some or all of its services without prior notice under the following conditions:
(1) during periodic or emergency maintenance of the system;
(2) during system overload;
(3) when the system is rendered inoperable by fire, power outage, obstructive activity by a third party, or any other factor; or 
(4) otherwise when the Company decides that shutting down the system is required.


Article 9	Change/Discontinuation of service

The Company may change or discontinue its service, in whole or in part, as necessary, at its discretion, without prior notice.



Article 10 Indemnities

1. The Company will not be liable for any damages incurred by a member with respect to our service, including but not limited to damages attributable to system disruption, delay, shutdown, or data loss due to failure of communication and/or the computer, or unauthorized access to data.

2. The Company does not guarantee that e-mail content transmitted from the Company’s webpage server domain is free of computer viruses and other harmful codes. 

3. The Company is not liable for any damages arising out of a breach of the Terms of Use by a member.


Article 11 Revision of the Terms of Use

The Company may make revisions to the terms of use voluntarily, and may also create supplementary terms and conditions, referred to as the “Supplementary Terms.” The revisions to and supplementation of the Terms of Use are effective as of the posting of the revised Terms of Use or the Supplementary Terms on the Company website. Members are expected to follow the revised Terms of Use as well as the Supplementary Terms.



Article 12 Governing law and jurisdiction

n the event that a dispute arises in relation to the Terms of Use, such a dispute will be settled in the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court where the Company’s head office is located.
